“Into a limbo large and broad, since called the paradise of fools, to few unknown” – John Milton, Paradise Lost
This event is a celebration of visual arts culture taking place in Cornwall – a coming together to celebrate achievement through painting, sculpture, film, performance, sound, collaborative art projects, screenings and talks, it will showcase the diverse practice of 100’s of artists over a series of events, including:

A CURATED EXHIBITION: A limited selection of liminal artworks selected as a personal response to the space and circumstances.’FIAT LUX LATIN – LET THERE BE LIGHT’ (A TAAP PROJECT)’: Members of TaAp invite 10 other artists to collaborate on a room of 20 portraits – 10 of famous individuals that have attempted to take their lives and 10 that have done so. A poignant voyage into what paint can bring to life.

‘ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL’, a LETH project that provides a holistic look at making in the South West, presenting the results of an open invitation to practitioners to be included in a large installation. A show within a show, which aims to build a collective document.
I have contributed a small piece to the section of the show described above – All For One and One For All – featuring photographs from a recent shoot at Godolphin House. Each artist made a double-sided piece 11cm wide by 35cm high, in any medium they liked. These pieces were suspended together to form an installation in the space that describes the variety of work being made by the visual art community.

Limbo is an event conceived, instigated and supported by Joseph Clarke, Samuel Bassett, Jesse Leroy Smith and Neil Scott.
